The year is flying by and you're probably working on your internal communication plans for next year and setting priorities for your organisation.
Are you also taking the time to set priorities for yourself?
Internal communication can be a difficult industry to work in, as we can be so busy and overwhelmed with the volume and variety of work. It can be hard to reflect on your career and your skills - sure when would you have the time?
No one is coming to give you the time to plan and advance your career. You have to make the time - you have to take it. It's time to put yourself first.
I'm running a group coaching programme where you can work directly with me and other internal comms pros to learn together, improve your skills and create accountability to achieve your goals.
Introducing The IC Accelerator
The IC Accelerator is a quarterly group coaching programme for ambitious people who want to accelerate their career in internal communication. It offers training, development, action-oriented goal setting, direct support from me and a way to connect with other communicators. If you feel like you're not investing time in yourself and you're missing a real connection with other people that 'get it', why not join us? You'll get focus, clarity and growth. And guess what? You won't have to do it alone. You'll have direct support from me and the other members of the group.
How it works
Once a quarter, we meet online for high-energy, half-day group coaching session. In each group coaching session, you will:
Receive a deep dive, practical training session directly from me
Have direct access to me to ask questions
Spend time together in small groups to solve your immediate problems
Set focused quarterly goals for your personal and professional development
Review your goals from the previous 90 days and evaluate your progress
In between sessions, you have access to a private LinkedIn group to connect with me and other group members, ask advice, get support and access resources.
