Courses designed to help you become an effective, innovative internal communicator
Hey, I'm Joanna.
For more than a decade, I worked in-house as an internal communications professional. I know what it's like to be super busy, overworked and under-resourced.

I always wanted an assistant who could help me with my work but I didn't always have the
budget to hire one.
So I got curious about how ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence tool, could help busy internal communicators with various tasks.
I've spent the last year experimenting with ChatGPT to see what it's capable of and how it can help us in our profession.
Because here's the problem: I see lots of comments on social media from communication professionals who think that ChatGPT is rubbish, or that it's only for lazy people. This indicates to me that they don't understand the power of this technology and how it can be harnessed to help us.
In this course I've mapped out specific use cases across all phases of the communications cycle to show you how to use ChatGPT as your assistant. This tool can be your assistant when you're planning communications, when you're implementing communications and when you're measuring communications. It can also be your assistant to get super organised.

I'll show you exactly how to do it.
Here's how a lot of communicators approach ChatGPT:

They ask it to create content, are disappointed with the results, then give up.

But guess what: ChatGPT does way more than create content.

It can be your fully-fledged personal assistant. You can use it as a new member of your team - no budget required.

I will teach you what I've learned over the last 12 months. I'll show you how to build a great prompt and I'll talk you through 38 specific use cases for how to use ChatGPT as your personal assistant.

I'll even give you a download with 38 pre-written detailed prompts you can use immediately.

Using ChatGPT like this will help you get some of your valuable time back, so you can make more impact at work and have more time to be creative.

Let me help you create your very own assistant.

This. Course. Is. DYNAMITE.
I found the content really easy to follow and understand I think the course is structured really intelligently for someone at any job level in internal comms. I have always been really reluctant to engage with ChatGPT because I am slightly AI-adverse but this walkthrough got me REALLY excited for the capabilities.
The prompt and use case sections are gold—so many ideas and examples of how to leverage this technology that would never have even crossed my mind, and my brain is spinning at the potential time savings for both daily tasks and big think work. So focused and intentional, and I walked away with a lot of valuable ideas and guidance.

This course speaks directly to me in my role and gives clear ideas and suggestions for how to use this technology to help find solutions for challenges I face every day. The targeted and focused nature of the course makes it more valuable to me than a simple “how chatGPT works” learning module.
I'll show you how to harness ChatGPT in an under-resourced IC team

I've been that lonely soldier, working as a team of one and just BUSY all the time.
Now I am a solopreneur which means I'm still working in a team of one. I don't have a team or a paid assistant. And yet I am running a 6-figure business completely by myself.

My secret sauce?

Using ChatGPT as my personal assistant.

I have invested hundreds of hours into getting deeply curious about this tool and how it can help lean commuication teams to get the job done. And frankly I've been amazed at the results you can get when you use this tool intentionally and with some thought.
And now it's time for me to share my secrets and help you use ChatGPT too. Because this stuff is too good to keep quiet.

I really enjoyed this course! It’s a fantastic introduction in the best way to use ChatGPT. I actually hadn’t really been using it because I was unsure of how to use prompts correctly so this is really brilliant. I like the way the prompt themes are split up so you could look them in isolation if you wanted to.
It's pitched perfectly for any level of IC pro, no matter their level of experience at any point in their career. It’s a great number of prompts to share too - a few of which I might not have thought about before.

I think a lot of comms colleagues would really find this absolutely invaluable given the small teams and even smaller budgets.

Thanks so much for sharing this course Joanna, I learnt loads. Its really well thought out and planned. Definitely going to feel more confident using ChatGPT now!
