The methodology I'll share in this workshop isn't theoretical, it's based on my own journey transforming my reputation in the communications field.

My early career reality: 

When I first started in internal communications, I was the person called in at the last minute to "write this up" or "make an announcement." Leadership saw me as a tactician, not a strategist.

My transformation: 

By deliberately implementing the same reputation-building techniques I'll teach you, I gradually shifted how stakeholders perceived me. Within six months, I was being consulted on business problems before decisions were made.
